Give

For all things come from  You, and of Your own we have given You.

- 1 Chronicles 29:14

Why we give.

Since God is the giver of all things we are simply giving back to the One who first gave ALL.  When we decide to honor God through our giving,
we acknowledge His ownership and Lordship of our resources.
This should be the heartbeat of giving for every Christian.

Giving is an important element in the furtherance of God’s kingdom.
As believers, we take on the very nature of Christ which includes giving.
Our giving is supposed to be intrinsic in us by the new nature of Christ.
When we are totally consumed by the love of God,
we will want to give our all to Him and His saints.
